I help people change how they think so they can love who they are and live their best life!
I offer 1:1 coaching designed to help you create lasting change by shifting how you think and how you see yourself. We'll work together to uncover and break through the beliefs that are holding you back, then create actionable steps to help you make progress toward your goals. The new ways of thinking will help build your confidence and self-worth so you can live with more freedom, joy and purpose.

For years, I struggled with self-doubt, people pleasing, and feeling like I wasn't enough. throughout my journey, I've faced divorce, family struggles, and the pressure to put everyone else first. Over time, I realized that I couldn't keep going like that. I was stuck and wanted more. Through coaching, therapy and a lot of work on myself, I was able to overcome a lot of the thoughts that held me back. Now, I live a life filled with freedom and happiness. I know firsthand what it's like to make the changes (and what you stand to lose if you don't). My mission is to help other people experience that freedom too. Everyone deserves to live a life where they're proud of who they are and can be exactly who they want to be.

You Matter Too
Do you constantly put everyone else's needs ahead of your own? This class helps you recognize patterns of self-abandonment, reconnect with your own needs and voice, and learn how to care for yourself without guilt.
Journey Back to You
Somewhere along the way, many of us lose sight of who we are beneath expectations, responsibilities, and the opinions of others. This class is an invitation to reconnect with your authentic self, rediscover what matters to you, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
Being Good Enough
Many people spend their lives chasing approval, achievement, or perfection in an attempt to feel worthy. This class explores how the belief that you're "not enough" develops and how to build self-worth from within rather than constantly seeking it from others.
